Mr. Feeney was born in 1977 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Feeney attended Duke University where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Spanish Studies. While at Duke, Mr. Feeney was a four year letter winner on the Men’s Varsity Swim Team. After graduating Duke, Mr. Feeney attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2002. While at Pepperdine, Mr. Feeney served on the Editorial Board of the Law Journal. Mr. Feeney has been a member of the California State Bar since 2002, practicing in Los Angeles County.
Mr. Feeney has specialized in civil litigation, handling commercial disputes, construction defect matters, shareholder derivative suits, and commercial and consumer fraud matters. Mr. Feeney also represents clients in commercial transaction matters, trademark matters, and in general business matters.
With Lipow & Harris, Mr. Feeney is responsible for litigating employment matters and general commercial matters. He also assists the firm’s clients with general real estate and commercial contracts. Mr. Feeney assists Mr. Lipow and Ms. Harris in the preparation of some of the firm’s most complex cases.
Mr. Feeney is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California.
